It's our Birthday Bash! Birmingham Perl Mongers will be 6 this month.
Alongside the group's birthday, Barbie will be 18 again, Steve will be 18 by the weekend and the rest of us will be wonder what on earth we did in the last year for it all to have flown around so quickly :)
This social meeting though is a little different. We have had various recommendations to try The Wellington on Bennett's Hill, but the don't serve food. So the plan is this.... Meet in The Old Joint Stock from about 7pm, eat suitable pub grub, then at around 9pm we'll decamp to The Wellington. So depending on what time you turn up, make sure you head to the right pub.
